Garmin HRM-Fit Heart Rate Chest Strap for Sports Bra

The HRM-Fit heart rate chest strap from GARMIN has been specially designed for women to achieve carefree comfort when wearing it. For precise heart rate data when running, cycling, interval and strength training etc., the sensor/transmitter unit is simply attached to the sports bra using the fastening clips.

Since the strap is Bluetooth and ANT+ compatible, you can also transmit your data to your sports watch, training equipment or apps. Make your training sessions even more efficient with the GARMIN HRM-Fit and record your heart rate data and running efficiency data precisely in real time. In addition to wattage, ground contact time and many other running-specific date, the chest strap even records your pace and distance in detail during indoor running sessions on the track or treadmill.

Even without an active device connection, the HRM-Fit saves your activity values. The fitness tracker function records relevant data on your sports activities and all-day heart rate. You can then use the TrueUp function to send them to the daily overview in GARMIN Connect and to compatible GARMIN devices.

The HRM-Fit works best with sports bras that have a flat band around the ribcage below the chest (if possible 2 to 5 cm wide). The strap must fit tightly enough so that the heart rate chest strap moves as little as possible and the electrodes have good skin contact. Strong compression of the support band is important for running and cardio training as well as high-intensity workouts.
