Especially in rough terrain, the exposed chainstay tend to get some damages caused by a jumping chain. Lizard Skins chainstay protector is the perfect solution to protect the rear stay of your bike from dirt and damages and to prevent annoying metallic noises through chain slap.

The protector is removable and washable as well as perfectly fitting so that there is no need to tinker with adhesive tape or zip ties. A wide Velcro makes it easy to fit it and thanks to the anti-slip coating, the flexible chainstay protector is always kept in position. The all-round protector is extremely durable and withstands chain oil, falling rocks and rubbing shoes while pimping up your bike’s rear stay.

Die Neopren-Kettenstrebenschützer verwenden wir seit 30 Jahren und haben damit keine Probleme. An den Enden fixiert mit je einem Kabelbinder und damit ist ein Verrutschen ausgeschlossen, mehr geht nicht.

Meist muss man den K.-Schutz auf die gewünschte Länge kürzen. Deshalb wäre es gut, wenn die Nähte zwischen Klettband und Neopren so verschweißt wären, dass sie nach dem Abschneiden nicht von selbst aufdröseln.
