Collection in ROSE Store
You can have your fully assembled bike delivered free of charge to one of our ROSE stores and pick it up there. You can also pick up orders of clothing, parts, and accessories at our stores. For logistical reasons, we may temporarily be unable to make your bike or other products available for collection from the store. Corresponding information will be displayed when selecting your delivery address.
Bike Pick up at ROSE Stores
If you chose the dispatch option “Store collection” then you will get a notification email from us as soon as your bike is ready to be picked up in our store. In the e-mail you will receive a link to our online appointment calendar. You can use this to schedule an appointment with a bike consultant who will give you a personal introduction to your bike.
Standard Bike Delivery
Your bike is delivered to you by our shipping partner. With dispatch via courier, our shipping partner will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
How does my bike look when it arrives?
Your bike will be completely pre-assembled and you only need to do a few things:
1. Straighten the handlebar
2. Install the front wheel
3. Adjust the saddle height
4. Screw in the pedals

Where can I select the shipping option for my order?
If not all of your items are available for direct dispatch, you will be able to select between 2 shipping options “partial shipment” and “complete shipment” while completing your order. This means that if you choose partial shipment, you will receive the available items as soon as possible, without additional shipping costs. We split the shipments into a maximum of two parts per order.
